We accept secure online payments — UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and wallets via Razorpay. All orders are prepaid; we do not offer Cash on Delivery.

Shipping
Do you ship across India?
Yes — we offer free shipping across India on all orders.
How long will delivery take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 5–8 business days, depending on your location. Tracking details are shared once your order ships.
Customisation & Rental
Do you offer customisation?
Yes! We love creating bespoke pieces. Share your idea via WhatsApp or Instagram and we'll bring it to life.
Can I rent outfits or jewellery?
Yes, select pieces are available on rent for your special occasions. Contact us to check availability.
Product Care & Sizing
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep it away from water, perfume and moisture, and store it in a dry pouch. See our Size Guide for fit help.
Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — see our Cancellation Policy. Please note all confirmed sales are final once shipped, except items damaged in transit.
