Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & Exchanges
As each piece is carefully quality-checked before dispatch, all confirmed sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges, except where an item arrives damaged or defective (see below).
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and an unboxing video. Once verified, we will offer a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
Customised & Rental Items
Customised, made-to-order and rental items cannot be cancelled or refunded once confirmed.
Refunds
Approved refunds (for cancellations before dispatch or verified damaged items) are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
